Zach Ullman

Zach is an athletic trainer and physical therapist who grew up in the NW suburbs where he was a high school wrestler, football player, and weightlifter. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training at Grand Valley State University in 2015. Zach has experience working with many levels of athletes. He spent time working with the Chicago Bears, the Mississippi State University football program, the Rutgers University football program, and two local Chicagoland high schools.

Zach completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University in 2021. Over the last three years Zach furthered his experience in athletics and general outpatient orthopedic settings. He has worked with various olympians, MLB players, NFL players, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes as well as weekend warriors and the geriatric population in the outpatient physical therapy setting. He is a certified Exos Sport Performance Specialist who enjoys working on optimizing human movement.

Zach enjoys working in conjunction with other members of the health care team wherever possible and working with patients of all activity levels, not only athletes, who are looking to achieve their functional goals. The focus of Zach’s sessions takes a holistic approach to the body (not just to localized areas) to ensure maximum long-lasting benefits. Zach has been published in the International Journal of Exercise Science and enjoys staying up to date on the latest research to best treat all of his patients.

In his free time, Zach enjoys running, cycling, weightlifting, hanging out with his pup (Rocky), and trying new things.
