Throwing can put extremely high stress on your shoulder and arm, which is why Throwing injuries are common. These injuries can take place in athletes as well as those that perform manual labor. One common technique to treating Throwing injuries is to strengthen the muscles in the front of your shoulder to relieve stress and heal the shoulder muscles in your back that receive the most stress in a throwing motion.
