We offer mentorship to all PTs, customized to your goals and interests. Team Rehab also welcomes PT students into our clinics to gain on-site experience.
Student Loan Repayment
Any or ALL of the (min. of) $1,500/year offered for continuing education can be applied to student loan debt.
Continuing Education
Paid Time Off
We offer $1500 towards continuing education that can be used towards any education dues if desired. Additionally, we provide 40 PTO hours to attend CEUs, and we cover up to 50% of the cost for a course/certification over $1500. Team also offers over 50 FREE in house courses taught at our facilities, including residency, journal clubs & mini courses.
All full time employees are eligible for up to 19 days of paid time off per year in addition to 9 paid holidays. All employees have the ability to use 8 hours of CEU PTO for community service or outreach. Employees can be paid out 1 week and roll over an additional week into next year.
