Tiffani Michel

Tiffani graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2017 with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Psychology. Prior to graduation, she played basketball collegiately at Limestone University and Young Harris. Tiffani earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2020. Her history of multiple shoulder surgeries, from sport-related injuries, led her to physical therapy and made her passion for the field even stronger. Tiffani’s personal experiences contributed to her love for treating athletes, post-operative patients, and anyone eager to get back to their functional activities.

Tiffani is certified in Dry Needling through Spinal Manipulation Institute and is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist through Myopain Seminars. Her clinical specialties and interests include manual therapy, functional movement assessments, and return to sport. 

When she is not treating, Tiffani enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, trying various restaurants, going to concerts, photography, and walking her toy schnauzer, Domino.
