Susan Mehok

Susan Mehok, PTA  is a United States Air Force veteran, having joined the Air Force in 1989.  While serving our country, she found her passion to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.  

She graduated with honors from Ivy Tech State College with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapy in 2000.  Susan began her PTA career in Outpatient Orthopedics at that time and has experience working in hospital acute care physical therapy, skilled nursing physical therapy, and school-based physical therapy.  She has over 22 years of experience working with patients from early childhood to advanced ages.  Susan is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Central State University. 

In her free time, Susan enjoys the outdoors, time with family, DIY home improvement projects, and paranormal research.  Susan is very excited to continue her career in Outpatient Orthopedics with TEAM REHAB.
