Stephanie attended the University of Wisconsin-Parkside where she competed on the Division 2 Women’s basketball team and received two bachelor’s degrees in Applied Health Sciences and Psychology. Stephanie continued her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago to obtain her doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

Before completing her DPT, Stephanie played basketball professionally for two years in Bad Homburg, Germany. Having to overcome multiple sports-related injuries herself has instilled a passion in injury prevention and rehabilitation in young athletes.

Stephanie is certified in cupping, trigger point dry needling, and blood flow restriction therapy. She’s also trained in women’s health, return to work/functional capacity evaluation, vestibular therapy, and Mckenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy. She enjoys learning and utilizing a variety of treatment techniques to help her patients reduce pain and get back to doing what they love to do.

Stephanie grew up in the Shorewood/Joliet area and is excited to be working with patients in the community! In her free time, Stephanie enjoys playing basketball and exercising, traveling with her spouse, going on walks with their two French bulldogs, and spending time with family and friends.

Fun Fact: Stephanie has visited 19 countries not including the US.
