Sarah Hogan

Sarah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduated from University of Evansville, located in Evansville, Indiana. She started at Team Rehabilitation in July of 2024. 

In the clinic, she has a passion to aid people to regain their lives through movement. She knew she wanted to be a physical therapist after getting injured as an athlete, but grew to love working with patients with neurologic conditions while volunteering with a pro bono clinic, AceCARE, in PT school. She is now certified in PWR! Moves in order to better treat patients with Parkinson’s disease. She has also taken classes to help her better treat athletes and the general population.

Sarah grew up in Canton, Michigan but moved to Indianapolis after graduating PT school. She enjoys baking, hiking, reading books, and traveling. She’ll be working full time at IN03, so come say hi!
