Nicole began her career as a PTA in 1998. She studied at Purdue for 2 years before she graduated from Ivy Tech State college with her associates degree in Physical Therapy. Her love for PT started when she was young when she experienced Physical Therapy first hand as a patient.

She is dedicated to her career where she puts her patients first and lives by treating patients as she would want her family to be treated. Her personal quote to life and success is “If you put your everything into something, anything is possible.”

Nicole was born and raised in Northwest Indiana where she met her husband, Sam. They are loving life raising their children: Alec, Blake, and Rayna.  She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children play sports, and vacationing anywhere warm.
