Nicole Monette

Nicole graduated with her undergraduate degree in exercise science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2007, where she competed as a Division II student-athlete in cross country and track and field. She then attended Slippery Rock University, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010.

Nicole has focused her career in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine for the past 13 years, with experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre and post-surgical knee and shoulders, and return to sport with high school athletes.

Nicole’s passionate about working with runners of all levels and abilities and has certifications in gait analysis from runDNA as well as a UESCA coaching certification in running. Nicole is certified in Level I Dry Needling, Graston for soft tissue mobilization, and blood flow restriction training.

When not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three young children, and competing and coaching in the ultramarathon community all over the country.
