Nia, a Chicago native, comes to the team eager to make an impact. This University of Illinois Urbana Champaign alumni completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 2016. She then took her talents to Fox College where she earned her PTA certification in 2020. Nia has worked in all disciplines of physical therapy: acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient therapy.
While Nia is committed to improving the quality of life for all patients, she is certified in LSVT Big treating Parkinson patients and takes an interest in working with post-operative, injured workers, vestibular patients, and sports related injuries. She is passionate about being a life-long learner and continuously expands her skill-set to provide the most up to date techniques.
Helping people create healthier minds, bodies, and spirits through physical therapy is Nia’s professional goal. As a former athlete, she finds it rewarding to work in a field that educates people and helps restore them to a healthy state. It is her intention to create a welcoming community for preventive care, rehabilitation, fitness, and strength. In her free time, Nia enjoys relaxing with her family, baking, traveling, and fitness.
