Meghan is an empathetic physical therapist who is passionate about helping people move better in order to achieve their fitness and life goals. She swam on a scholarship at Liberty University while earning her BS in Exercise Science. Returning to her home state of North Carolina, she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Duke University, graduating with honors. She has completed advanced training in dry needling, spinal manipulation, myofascial release, strength and conditioning, and persistent pain.
Meghan lives in Decatur GA with her husband, Ross, and their mini goldendoodle, Kenobi. She stays fit through Crossfit and masters swimming.
