Mark Gruca

Mark is the Clinic Director of BF2.  He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan in 2011 and graduated from Oakland University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. Mark’s interests are in orthopedic rehabilitation across a wide range of diagnoses and patient populations. Mark is certified in functional dry needling (FDN) levels 1 & 2, titleist performance institute (TPI) level 1, instrument assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM), myofascial decompression and LSVT BIG treatment. His treatments place a strong focus on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional activities with emphasis on posture and body mechanics.
