Katie Derscheid

Katie is a physical therapist with over 12 years of experience in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.  She completed her Doctorate of physical therapy at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and has practiced in several different states, but happy to be back in Georgia where she grew up.  

Katie enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses and injuries, with a special interest in treating runners. She is a Certified Manual Therapist (OMPT) and a certified Pilates instructor. She is able to perform video gait analysis, Graston (instrument assisted soft tissue technique) and Kinesiotaping. 

Outside the clinic, you will find Katie active in yoga, pilates and running as well as spending time with her husband and 2 young daughters.
