Karl Moton

A three time graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham he has earned: 

1. Bachelors degree in exercise science

2. Masters degree in kinesiology

3. Doctorate of physical therapy 

As a member of the UAB Men’s Basketball team he made one trip to the NIT tournament as well as a trip to the NCAA tournament while achieving academic excellence. At the culmination of his collegiate basketball career he chose to pursue academia instead of an overseas professional basketball career.

A native of Georgia, he grew up in Lithonia, GA. He attended Chamblee Charter High School where he lettered in both basketball and baseball, earning all county honors. He now resides in Atlanta Georgia. 

He enjoys working with athletes of all ages and sports, weekend warriors, and anyone who aspires to improve their quality of life. 

In his free time you can find him playing a wide variety of sports, taking in sporting events, strength training, traveling, and spending time with his wife and other family.
