Jessica Newcomer

In 2015, Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky. Following graduation, Jessica went on to pursue graduate school and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in Saint Augustine, Florida.

For the first year of her career, Jessica took a job as a travel therapist treating patients in the outpatient orthopedic/sports setting in Missouri, Alabama, and Georgia. In that time, Jessica has acquired and developed many clinical skills with a focus on manual therapy techniques, vestibular and balance training, post-operative care, work-related conditions, and sport specific injuries. Jessica has received advanced training in instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, trigger point dry needling, and vestibular/concussion rehab. Jessica received certification through the American Institute of Balance to provide high quality vestibular and concussion rehab, and is also a certified ASTYM provider.  Jessica is a dedicated evidence-based practitioner and plans to continue to supplement her education through research, professional webinars, and continuing education courses. Jessica is devoted to helping each individual achieve their functional goals and getting them back to living their life to their fullest potential.

Jessica and her husband, Jason, live in the Nappanee, IN area and enjoy traveling to warmer climates and beautiful beaches whenever they have the chance. During the spring and summer they pursue one of their bucket list items to attend baseball games at all of the MLB parks in the United States. Jessica also enjoys playing volleyball, running, and is an avid sports fan (GO TIGERS).

Jessica is looking forward to building professional relationships and serving the rehabilitation needs of Elkhart county.
