Ewa Jankuc

PTABA

Ewa discovered an early passion and curiosity for the body’s anatomy and physiology, fueled by her own experience of physical therapy following an injury. As a clinician, Ewa integrates this personal understanding and empathy for the patient’s experience, honoring both their physical and mental well-being in her compassionate guidance through the healing journey. In her sessions, she incorporates education about patient conditions and is eager to broaden this knowledge through dedicated engagement in continuing education opportunities. Ewa looks forward to researching and applying these most up-to-date evidence-based practices and interventions in her work at the clinic. Her specific areas of interest are physical therapy with older adults, treating orthopedic injuries, and caring for patients involved in motor vehicle accidents.

Ewa earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Fox College and a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. She gained experience working in inpatient mental health, as well as the hospital setting, prior to obtaining her PTA license. Ewa is also fluent in Polish and enjoys connecting with Chicago’s Polish community.

As a Chicago native, Ewa loves exploring the city to find the next best brunch spot and frequenting concerts in her free time. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, baking, and is always planning her next trip.
