Cole Tidemann

Cole is born and raised in Wisconsin in the small town of Rosendale. Cole started his education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where he received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis on nutrition. He then continued his education in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the University of Sciences, now known as St Joseph’s University where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Cole stayed in Philadelphia for 2 years after graduation where he started his career as a home health physical therapist treating home-bound individuals in West and South Philadelphia. Cole transitioned to an outpatient physical therapy clinic where he treated chronic pain, neck & back pain, and high-level return to sport for students affiliated with Drexel and the University of Pennsylvania school system.

Cole is actively working on rounding out his treatment approach as he has attended various continuing education courses for the management of spinal pathology via Maitland and McKenzie treatment approach. Cole is actively working on getting Maitland certified. He is certified in Level 1 Titleist Performance Institute where he will focus on golf-specific rehab.

Cole’s approach to physical therapy is patient first where he focuses on educating his patients on their condition, management of their condition via physical therapy, and setting patient-specific goals to individualize each treatment program.  

Outside of work, Cole is an avid sports fan who enjoys all Wisconsin sports (Bucks, Brewers, Packers, Badgers, Marquette) along with the Philadelphia Flyers. Cole enjoys spending time with friends & family, staying physically active, and traveling.
