Clare graduated from Kings College, London in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, Clare emigrated to the United States and she has been treating a wide range of primarily orthopedic conditions of the spine, TMJ and extremities in the outpatient setting. Her treatment method utilizes progressive therapeutic exercise and a wide range of manual therapy skills. She also incorporates the use of appropriate therapeutic modalities to ensure patients progress toward their therapy goals and overall increased function. In 2012, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University. Clare is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Functional Movement Systems Screen Certified. She has completed many continuing education seminars in women’s health topics including Level 1 in the Pelvic Physical Therapy Program from the Section on Women’s Health. Clare has also completed Kinesio Taping Fundamentals and Advanced training, Functional dry needling, Hawk Grips and Occupro work conditioning certification classes. In 2016 Clare became a certified lymphedema therapist and in 2019 she successfully completed the additional Lymphology Association of North America certification.
