Claire Rimmele

PTDPT

Claire received both her undergraduate degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University and moved to Milwaukee shortly after. Claire emphasizes educating her patients so they can have a well-rounded understanding of what they are feeling, what is going on physiologically, and how physical therapy can help them reach their goals. She then works as a team with her patients to create a plan of care that combines both manual techniques and guided exercises to help each patient reach their maximum potential. She has additional training in Pelvic Floor and finds herself blending orthopedic and pelvic floor knowledge to maximize function. Pelvic floor considerations include but are not limited to, incontinence, prolapse symptoms, and pre/post-partum. Claire also holds a specialization in pre/post-partum corrective exercise.

Claire has extensive continuing education in a variety of areas including exercise for the athlete, Strain-Counterstrain techniques, advanced training in return to work/occupational health, and multiple classes in joint mechanics. She is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist with advanced training in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars. Pelvic Floor training is from Herman and Wallace and includes internal and external treatment approaches.

Claire is originally from Chicagoland but now calls Oak Creek home. On weekends, you can typically find her walking with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Margot and Riley, and probably watching football on a Sunday afternoon! Go Bears!
