Carrie Garite

Carrie currently resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois with her husband and two children. 

She has worked in the medical field for several years as a Patient Experience Coordinator, and is committed to providing a high level of customer service with every patient she encounters.   Carrie chose Team Rehabilitation because of the community and the people focused environment they provide.   

When Carrie is not at Team Rehab she loves to spend time with her family, coach her daughters Poms team, craft, glamp and cruise.
