Ashley Bittner

I am from Scranton, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Marywood University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and minor in Nutrition and Dietetics. I moved to Indianapolis in 2017 and have been working for Team Rehab since. My previous work experience includes working at my alma mater as the Certified Athletic Trainer, doing per diem work for local colleges and universities, and semi-pro hockey. The majority of my work experience is with athletes and orthopedic injuries. I have a passion in wanting to assist my patients with setting goals, whether they be big or small, and making sure I do everything in my power to help the patient reach those goals. I transitioned into Workers’ Compensation and Work Conditioning when I moved to Indianapolis and it has proven to be a great decision. I am certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM, Certified Graston Technique Provider, and am currently pursuing courses with a concentration on myofascial referral techniques. In my spare time, I enjoy an active lifestyle. My husband, Matthew and our son, Parker join me while working out or playing golf. We also have two fur babies; Santino our cocker spaniel and our cat, Jenny.
