Ashley Gaca

Ashley Gaca is so excited to be working at Team Rehab in Orland Park. Ashley attended Northern Illinois for her undergraduate degree and received her Bachelors in Health and Human Science in 2019, and continued at Northern Illinois and graduated with her Doctors of Physical Therapy in 2022. Go Huskies!

Ashley was an avid athlete in her youth and had multiple injuries that brought her to physical therapy clinics. From the first visit, Ashley knew that she wanted to grow up and work in physical therapy. She was interested in how she could help and work with patients like herself and help them excel to their goals and return to their activities of daily living. Ashley loves working with people and learning about their experiences and what brought them to physical therapy. 

Ashley is always looking to expand her skill set to better care for her patients. She is always interested in the latest techniques and studies to better hone her skills as a physical therapist. She works closely with patients to create short-and long-term goals to help individualize all patients plans to help create a positive patient experience. No matter the patient that Ashley is working with, she always wants to make sure the patient is comfortable and they work together to focus on meeting the patients’ goals.

Outside of work Ashley likes to hang out with my friends, family, and her dog Hades who is a black lab mix. In the summer weather her and Hades enjoy hiking and hitting up the beach! If not out with Hades, Ashley enjoys staying active and going to the gym or just spending time at home with her friends.
