Alyssa graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 2011. She has worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic for over ten years. Alyssa enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and patient populations using manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise to implement patient-specific treatment programs. She has attended many continuing education courses at Michigan State University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine in Functional Manual Medicine to help patients return to a healthy and active lifestyle. She additionally holds specialized training in instrument assisted manual therapy (IASTM), biomechanical sensors with video analysis (DorsaVi), blood flow restriction therapy (BFR), FCE testing and work conditioning.
