Adrian Tellez

Adrian enjoys being part of the staff at the Lyons-Berwyn clinic, and bringing his expertise and knowledge to everyone in the community.  Adrian graduated from University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign with his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2017 and then went on to Oakton College to receive his Associates of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in 2022. Adrian has clinical experience treating a variety of patients ranging from all ages and diagnoses; however Adrian has a special interest in orthopedics, balance disorders, and student athletes.

Adrian enjoys meeting new people, promoting an inclusive environment, and educating patients in an exciting yet engaging manner.

He is dedicated to continuing to improve their existing skill set by staying well-informed with evidence-based research and participating in courses that will enhance his knowledge as well as application of manual therapy techniques. Adrian also enjoys using his hispanic background to work with Spanish speaking patients.  He enjoys this patient population to help decrease the language barrier to effectively communicate with these patients.  This allows their comfort levels to truly engage in their physical therapist visit and for Adrian to have a deeper level of connection with his patients.  

 Adrian is from Chicago and enjoys spending their free time playing indoor soccer, weight training, and an occasional board game night with friends.
