I have autonomy that I never could have in a hospital setting. My goal was to establish a clinic that treated both ortho and neuro conditions. The company as a whole is set on the foundation of putting the patient’s needs first, but each clinic director is able to branch out to define who those patients are.  Team has supported me in customizing my clinic to attract the patient population that I most enjoy treating.
