James Wyman

Jimmy earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology – Movement Science from University of Illinois at Chicago.

Jimmy developed a passion for physical therapy as a young athlete where he was first exposed as a patient himself.  Jimmy has gained advanced training in ACL, vestibular, and neurological rehabilitation. Jimmy has a passion for treating athletes of all kinds, ACL Reconstruction, Pre- and Post-Surgical Conditions, chronic pain, and neurological conditions.  He utilizes various techniques including manual therapy, dry needling, joint mobilization and targeted strengthening, mobility, balance and endurance-based exercises to treat the entire person.  Jimmy is passionate about using an up-to-date research-based approach to physical therapy to best treat his patients.

When Jimmy is not in the clinic he enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, camping, exercising, rock climbing, wood working, gardening, and spending time with his family and dog.
