Erin Stella

Erin Stella graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Marquette University as well.  She has been working in outpatient orthopedics since graduating in 2019.

Erin has experience in a variety of orthopedic conditions including post operative management, sports medicine, vestibular therapy, and TMJ dysfunction.  She is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is trained to utilize myofascial decompression and Blood Flow Restriction.  She received her dry needling certification in 2019 and integrates this modality into treatments to assist in reducing pain, muscle tension, and improve her patient’s function.  She is passionate about creating a personalized program that can fit into your lifestyle and making functional strengthening accessible to everyone in order to improve quality of life.

Erin lives in Batavia, IL with her husband and dog, Mango.  You can find them doing household projects on the weekends or spending time with their families.  Erin enjoys exercising in a variety of forms including running, weight lifting and yoga.  She is looking forward to meeting new people and serving the community surrounding Lisle!
