Kristin Alyssa Tayag

Kristin received both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While Kristin loves treating patients of all different orthopedic and neuromuscular backgrounds, she has a special interest in neurological disorders, including but not limited to post-stroke, vestibular issues, and traumatic brain injuries. She loves being a physical therapist because she is able to work one on one with patients to help them achieve their goals of returning to optimal function. She combines her passion for fitness and optimizing movement to create treatment plans that are specific and meaningful to each of her patients. Kristin grew up in and currently resides in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, try different kinds of workouts, watch live music, and explore breweries and restaurants.
