PTDPT
Rachel, our Clinic Director, is an Orland Park native and is thrilled to spend her career helping the community and people she grew up with lead happy and healthy lives.

Rachel spent six years in Milwaukee, WI earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Marquette University.  While there, she spent time interning in the Strength and Conditioning Gym working with a variety of Marquette’s great athletes, including tennis, track and field, and lacrosse.  Rachel also spent many years personal training and teaching group fitness classes.

In her career as a physical therapist, she loves to work with a variety of patients and issues – with a focus on lower extremities and shoulders.  Rachel enjoys building strong relationships with her patients and helping be their voice during a tough season of their lives.  “Graduation day” from therapy is usually bittersweet because she invests herself in each patient and will miss them. She enjoys working with athletes and has a strong history with running, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball/softball, and cheer.  Rachel often utilizes dry needling and blood flow restriction training as well as Kinesiotape® and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to help her patients feel better.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, and her dogs.  Her family are big college football fans – Go Longhorns! – and enjoy exercising, cooking, and gardening together.
