Ally Sprague
Ally earned her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science from UW-Parkside and her Associate’s degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Herzing University. She is passionate about educating her patients on the muscles involved in their movements and how those muscles contribute to their functional tasks. She personalizes each treatment plan to meet the individual needs of my patients, aiming to restore their function and improve their quality of life.
She believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their physical therapy journey, helping them set and achieve goals that will allow them to thrive in their daily lives. She has experience in acute care physical therapy, outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and occupational health. Her areas of interest include hip and knee replacements, neuro rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and pelvic floor health.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and kitten, walking her dogs, spending time with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and reading.
