Ali graduated from James Madison University in 2010 with a BS in Kinesiology – Exercise Science. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2014 with honors.
Sports have played a heavy role in her life, driving a passion to work with athletes of all age using her dry needling and RockTape certifications. She loves using manual techniques and exercise to fix movement dysfunctions to allow athletes of all levels to return.
Ali has completed the NeuroTour Performing Arts Fellowship and served as a physical therapist for Beauty and the Beast, Flashdance, Phantom of the Opera, and RENT 20th Anniversary. She has completed her dance rehabilitation certification in New York City. Being a dancer herself for 18 years, Ali understands dance-related injuries, dance technique, and special rehabilitation concerns.
