Anupama Lukose

Anupama “Anu” Lukose has been in the orthopedic outpatient physical therapy field for the past 3 years, becoming skilled in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular diagnoses, manual physical therapy and soft tissue mobilization, and pre/post operative rehabilitation.  Anu is passionate about treating prenatal/postpartum women to safely target their physical concerns. She completed her Bachelors in Health Science in 2016 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018, both from the University of the Sciences (Philadelphia, PA). She enjoys creating a unique plan for those who come to physical therapy to assist them in returning to their goals, hobbies, work, and families as we all know how much pain and lack of function can affect our day to day life. 

In her spare time, Anu enjoys road tripping in her own backyard with day/weekend trips, reading on her couch, and frequent trips to Home Goods and Target to decorate her new home.
