Tim Sluis

Tim attended National University of Health Sciences where he earned a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Science with a focus in nutrition. He has used this degree working with several companies to focus on a passion for helping people gain access to treatment and care, while helping patients to understand their insurance benefits. 

Throughout his career he has worked as a referral specialist, informatics specialist, and a medical scribe which provided him the familiarity and tools to help patients understand the referral process, administrative difficulties, and insurance benefits. Tim plans to further his education with healthcare insurance to continue to help people access and afford the care that they need.  

Tim enjoys social gatherings, hiking, snowboard, rock climbing and many outdoor activities. Cooking, meeting new people, and focusing on enjoying life are what occupy his time outside of work.
