Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Athletic Training from Saint Louis University. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Illinois at Chicago to continue to grow her skills.
While in Physical Therapy school, she continued to work as an Athletic Trainer. In combination with having her master’s in athletic training and doctorate in physical therapy, Stephanie developed a passion for working with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, sports, pre and post-operative cases, pain management, postural/body mechanics, and education on preventative measures. She is proficient in her hands-on skills using a variety of manual therapy techniques such as joint/soft tissue mobilization, manipulation, and muscle energy techniques. She also provides instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization using cupping and dry needling techniques.
Stephanie’s specialty services include: ACL-Return to Play, Dry Needling certified, Hip Preservation Specialist, Vestibular and Concussion certified, Blood Flow Restriction certified, and sport related injuries. She continues to regularly work towards advancing her skills and certifications. Stephanie also works as an Athletic Training on the weekends in addition to working full time in the clinic.
In her free-time, Stephanie loves to spend time with her family, friends, and pets.
