Seth graduated from Concordia University with a BS in Exercise Physiology in 2019 and remains at Concordia as a student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, expected to graduate in 2023. Seth became interested in pursuing a career in the rehabilitation world after physical therapy helped him return to sport after knee surgeries in high school.
Seth is passionate about helping others find a way to fit physical activity into their lives in a way that works for them, getting them resources to use exercise as a tool to help them continue or return to doing what they love whether that’s weekend warrior volleyball tournaments, gardening, or spending time with family. Although everyone says you can’t avoid getting old, that doesn’t mean we always have to feel old!
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys being active and exploring locally or afar, including rec volleyball/basketball, mountain biking, hiking, running, spending time with friends, and napping.
