Setareh “Star” Kaikavousi earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Chicago and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Teacher, bringing a well-rounded, movement-based perspective to patient care.
Star is passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting pain relief and improved function through a holistic approach to healing. She combines evidence-based physical therapy with movement education, therapeutic exercise, and lifestyle strategies to create personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
Her clinical interests include pelvic floor rehabilitation, orthopedic physical therapy, and lymphedema management. She is committed to empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to restore mobility, build strength, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Star enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her beloved furry companions.
