Sam Stuebs

Hi, I’m Sam Stuebs. I graduated in May 2025 from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Exercise Science, where I developed a passion for understanding how the mind and body work together to build strength, confidence, and overall well-being. I view physical therapy as the “mechanic shop” for the body—where people restore strength, mobility, and function—and I’m grateful to be part of a profession that helps others move, feel, and live better. My time at Team Rehabilitation has deepened my appreciation for how physical therapy empowers people to regain confidence and take back control of their lives.

Outside of the clinic, I’m pursuing certifications in Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition while exploring ways to combine fitness, neuroscience, and psychology into a men’s mindset and fitness coaching practice. My long-term goal is to help men overcome mental and behavioral barriers—such as body dysmorphia, addiction, and poor lifestyle habits—so they can reclaim both physical strength and mental clarity.

In my free time, I enjoy lifting, running, reading, hiking, cooking, watching good movies, and creating cinematic videos.
