Dr. C. Ryan McMillan, PT, DPT has been practicing physical therapy for nearly a decade and received his B.S. in Biology from Valdosta State University graduating Cum Laude in 2012 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Augusta University (formally the Medical College of Georgia) in 2016.
The focus of his practice is general orthopedics and occupational health with evaluation and management of acute/chronic orthopedic injuries and disease processes, neuromuscular disease management, vestibular rehab and wellness program development.
Dr. McMillan is a member of the APTA and PTAG and has published research regarding balance in adults and its effects on clinical outcomes. He also has certifications in dry needling, Mckenzie Mechanical Diagnosis Technique for the lumbar spine, vestibular rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluation with impairment rating (PPD).
He is committed to partnering with each of his patients to establish the best care plan possible to assist them with achieving all their goals regarding their functional mobility. When not practicing physical therapy, Dr. McMillan enjoys spending time with his wife and two girls, friends and family; traveling, cooking, playing tennis, and listening to music.
