Nicholas Chandler, DPT, CSCS, works as a strength/conditioning and speed and agility coach at the Pro X facility in Westfield. Nick received his undergrad degree from Augustana College, where he played 4 years of football as an outside linebacker/safety. In 2018, Nick earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. He also serves as an APTA certified clinical instructor for current physical therapy students.
Nick has worked with professional, collegiate, high school, youth, and recreational athletes. He also did an internship where he worked primarily with U.S. Special Operations service members. His passion is working with athletes and helping them rehab, recover, and prevent injuries. Nick focuses on whole body movement and how that plays into “WHY” an athlete has pain. By utilizing the Movement System Impairment (MSI) approach, we can look at movement mechanics and truly get an understanding of what is wrong, why it is happening, and how we are going to fix it.
Nick is an avid sports fan (St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Bears), enjoy playing golf in my free time, and spending time with my wife Amy and our German Shepherd Dog, Chief.
