Nichole Burley is a Patient Administrative Coordinator who takes pride in being one of the first friendly faces patients encounter, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wayne State University, which enhances her ability to connect with individuals and communicate effectively in a healthcare setting.

Nichole brings a balance of compassion and organization to her work, managing front-desk operations, scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient support with care and attention to detail. She values being part of a team that prioritizes patient well-being and continuously seeks opportunities to improve both the patient experience and overall office workflow.

Outside of work, Nichole enjoys reading and going camping with her family, using that time to relax and recharge.
