Natalie Franzese
With a lifelong background in athletics and a deep passion for wellness, Natalie brings both personal experience and professional dedication to her role as Patient Care Administrator. Before joining the team, she spent 18 years as a competitive gymnast, a journey that first introduced her to physical therapy after a series of injuries. That early exposure sparked a lasting appreciation for the healing process and the people behind it.
She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2023 and is currently preparing to pursue her Master’s and potential Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Her long-term dream is to open a mental health practice that specializes in supporting teens aged 12–18 who are navigating anxiety, depression, and other challenges. She strongly believes that physical and mental health are deeply connected and that when one is out of balance, the other often follows.
At the clinic, Natalie is often the first face you’ll see when you walk through the door. She takes pride in making patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their recovery journey. Whether she’s helping schedule appointments, answering questions, or simply offering a listening ear, her goal is to create a space where every patient feels seen and valued.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her hiking local trails with her energetic Australian Shepherd, Kallie, or researching new ways to support whole-body wellness. She’s always happy to share a good trail recommendation, a few tips on managing stress and staying active, or her current favorite binge show.
