Lindsay Weinstein

DPT

Lindsay Weinstein, PT, DPT, blends a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation with a passion for sports and athletic performance, shaping her energetic and athlete-centered approach to care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating with Highest Honors, and went on to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Illinois Chicago. Throughout her training, Lindsay gained diverse clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and early intervention pediatrics, allowing her to develop a well-rounded and adaptable skill set.

Lindsay’s background as a former Team USA figure skater, placing 9th at the Junior World Championships, deeply influences her clinical style. She brings firsthand insight into high-level athletic performance, injury recovery, and the importance of individualized, goal-driven rehabilitation. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel empowered, informed, and actively engaged in their care. Lindsay plans to continue advancing her expertise as a Sports Physical Therapy Resident beginning January 2026.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle, Daisy, and her cat, Loki. She also loves cooking, practicing Pilates, and exploring Chicago’s vibrant restaurant scene. She brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their highest level of function.
