Lauren DeHaven

Lauren has been with Team Rehabilitation since August 2018. Being a Delphi native, she enjoys interacting and assisting those in her small hometown. If she isn’t helping with your Physical or Occupational Therapy needs, she’s sure to recommend one of her favorite restaurants!

Lauren is in school pursuing certificates in Outpatient Office Administration and Advanced Billing & Coding. She has a passion for the Patient Administrative Coordinator position and is sure to always greet you with a (masked) smile!

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys kayaking, traveling, and spending time with her best friends.
