Kristine attended Bradley University in Peoria, IL for her post-graduate work where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Her special interest in athletes stems from her personal experience as a collegiate swimmer at the University of Tampa, where Kristine achieved 3-time All-American status, a National Championship Title, and Academic All-District First Team. Her undergraduate degree was in Exercise Science/Allied Health.
She has been practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting since receiving her DPT in 2017. She has a special passion for athletes, but enjoys all orthopedic patients. She has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise by attending continuing education courses including: Running Gait Analysis, Pain Neuroscience Education (PNE), and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR). Becoming Dry Needling Certified and furthering her experience with different treatment approaches are her focus for 2019.
Kristine grew up in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago and recently moved to Crown Point, IN. Kristine enjoys running and has participated in the Indy Mini and Chicago Marathon. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, Ziggy and Callie.
