Kristin Dryden
Kristin graduated with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in 2005, and later earned her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2008, and received her orthopedic specialist certification that year as well.
A constant student and avid learner, she recently started incorporating dry needling into her practice to complement her use of manual therapy techniques, which she has found to work well with the overuse injuries and chronic pain patients.
Kristin grew up an athlete, and after high school turned her attention to endurance sports. She has completed 9 marathons, as well as over 10 half Ironmans and 5 full Ironmans, with her current goal being to complete all the Abbott World Majors. As an endurance athlete, she enjoys working with this population and understands what it takes to get them back on their feet as quickly as possible.
She enjoys treating all orthopedic diagnoses, but has a passion for treating the post-operative hip patient, as well as pre/post-natal women. The daughter of 2 educators, she understands the importance that patient education plays in the role of recovery, and believes this is at the core of getting patients back on their feet.
In her free time, she enjoys training for marathons, as well as cheering for her hometown team, the Green Bay Packers.
