Kevin Eckert

PTDPT

Kevin graduated from Marquette University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelors in Exercise Science.  While attending Marquette University, Kevin was invited to give a presentation at the Wisconsin Strength and Conditioning Association Symposium as a guest speaker.

After graduation, Kevin relocated to Phoenix, AZ to work in an outpatient physical therapy practice that focused on return to function through functional mobilization and movement, inspired by the Gray Institute.  There he obtained advanced certifications in Dry Needling, ASTYM, Concussion/Vestibular, Applied Functional Science, Golf Performance, and also received his Performance and Corrective Exercise Specializations.  He has extensive treatment background in manual therapy, exercise performance, and functional movement and has specialized in the treatment of patients in the Triathlete community.

Kevin directed a private practice, where he worked passionately and became a focal point in his community, organizing community fitness camps, volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, and hosting learning lectures focused on mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.

Along with being involved in his community, Kevin has hands-on training with local Police and Fire Departments which reveals the mental and physical demands placed on our service men and women.  This experience allows him to understand their unique needs and effectively treat community service workers, enabling them to return to service.

A native of New Berlin, WI, Kevin returned to Wisconsin to raise his family and start a physical therapy practice with Team Rehabilitation.  He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, golfing, and participating in local athletic events.
