Katie Dieker graduated from the University of Illinois in 2006, where she obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology and then in 2009 she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University.

Katie’s focus, when treating her patients, is not only to ease their pain but, also to educate patients in order to prevent future injuries.  She provides all of her patients, one-on-one manual therapy and instruction to so that they may achieve their individualized goals.

Katie treats patients with a variety of impairments including sports related injuries, posture impairments, migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, post-operative procedures, arthritis, sprain/strains, balance and neurological disorders, vertigo and spine injuries.  She utilizes a vast array of manual techniques including muscle energy, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, strain/counter strain, Mulligan therapy, cupping and more. 

Katie has been an avid runner since her high school days and especially enjoys helping patients with running injuries. She strives to get her patients back on the road to recovery, enabling them to cross the finish line. 

Katie lives just outside the city with her husband, son and their dog.  She has enjoyed working and getting to know residents of the South Loop area.
