Katelynn Alston

My name is Katelynn Alston, and I am the Patient Administrative Coordinator at Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy. I joined the team in February 2026, bringing a background in fast-paced administrative and customer service roles. My goal is to ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

Before joining Team Rehabilitation, I had not worked in the physical therapy field. Since becoming part of the team, I have gained tremendous appreciation for the positive impact our therapists and technicians have gained tremendous appreciation for the positive impact our therapists and technicians have on patients’ lives. Everyday brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with wonderful people, making this a truly rewarding place to work. Witnessing our team’s dedication and compassion inspires me to provide the highest level of service and create a positive experience for every patient.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, shopping, reading, and listening to music. I am grateful to be part of the Team Rehabilitation family and look forward to getting to know and support both our current and future patients.
