Kasey Mills

Kasey has been a physical therapist since 2009 and has been managing 2015. She is originally from Utah and was born in Salt Lake City. After high school she was recruited out to the University of South Carolina at Aiken (USCA) where she received scholarships to play both basketball and softball. At USCA she received her Bachelors of Exercise and sports science with a minor in Business. Because of her multitude of personal experience with injuries she fell in love with the rehabilitation process which led her to the University of St. Augustine in Florida where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Over the years, Kasey has cultivated a rich and multifaceted clinical portfolio. She has treated a wide range of patients from everyday individuals to elite performers including professional athletes, UFC fighters, competitive Cross Fitters, firefighters, and SWAT team members in Arizona. Her expertise spans from post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex performance-based recovery programs.
Kasey moved to Illinois in 2013 because her immediate family moved here from Utah in 2002 and she wanted to raise her family here. She has 3 kiddos (Shae, Daxton, and Kayson) as well as 3 dogs (Nahla, Rizzo, and Raya). Outside the clinic, Kasey is an avid CrossFit athlete and sports enthusiast who enjoys staying active through weightlifting, endurance races, and family time.
