Jennifer Swan

Jenn has been an Indiana native her whole life, coming from Yorktown, IN. Jenn graduated from Grace College & Theological Seminary with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy in December of 2019.

She started with Team Rehab as soon as she graduated from school. She started as a physical therapy technician, and loved the atmosphere and working with patients so much that she decided to move up to the front of the clinic and work as a Patient Administrative Coordinator, and work with patients in a different way.

She absolutely loves meeting new patients and building relationships with them as they go through therapy and get back to what they love doing in their everyday life. She works with us here in Indy and our Fishers location as well.

When she is not at work, Jenn loves spending time with her friends and family, and of course her dogs, Rosa and Izzy. She loves exercising and running with her dogs. She enjoys fine art and photography, and is very crafty with her Cricut.
